Jeg kan rigtig godt lide sushi, men jeg har aldrig haft så meget lyst til at lave det derhjemme. Der er jo ingen grund til at tage arbejdet fra de sushikokke, der i forvejen gør et fremragende stykke arbejde, jeg aldrig kan hamle op med. Alligevel virker 'A Visual Guide to Sushi-Making at Home' så sej, at jeg vil overveje at kaste mig ud i noget rå fisk.
